Pricing is based on the size of property, full service details are given below:

1 Bedroom £500/725 Euros per year
2 Bedroom £575/835 Euros per year
3 Bedroom £675/980 Euros per year
4 Bedroom £775/1125 Euros per year

Annual service must be prepaid, and includes keyholding.

Service includes regular external inspection of the property, removal and holding of any mail from letterbox, sweeping of gardens and patios. Removal of surface debri from pool.

Internal property inspection comprising of testing of appliances and availability of mains utilities, checking lightbulbs, security and satellite systems as applicable. Check that telephones, tvs and main electrical items are unplugged.

Property will be aired and plants watered.

Logs will be kept and made available online along with photos if needed. We will make recommendations on what work is necessary.

Additional work will be charged as per our published prices or charged according to individual client requirements.
